An LST index RToken (ETH+) on Base is proposed, to which Diva and Reserve will direct rewards to grow TVL 🎁
ETH+ will contain @Rocket_Pool rETH and @Coinbase cbETH
Once divETH launches, Base ETH+ governors will be approached to propose adding divETH to the basket
